Currently, the addon does not provide an option to assign or control the newsletter application based on language. The Opt-in Form addon is designed to be a very basic form component and does not include multi-language targeting or language-based conditional logic at this time.

If you require language-specific newsletter handling, this would need to be managed through custom development or by using a dedicated newsletter/marketing automation tool that supports multilingual segmentation.
