Settings Panel Disappears When I Click To Designate An Image In Chrome

At https://flexserv.com/about-flexserv when am in the front-end editor, the settings panel disappears when I click on the Modal Popup button and try to change it to an image. This only happens in Chrome. The backend editor does not have this problem. Thanks

I have tried to change your modal selector image with chrome browser and it is working fine at my end. Please check the screencast in the hidden content box. I have left the changes for you to check.

But I notice another issue. When I am logged into the front end to edit a page, the Book a Meeting button at the top right of the page is vertically aligned in the center of the navigation menu, but when I am logged out, it rises and is no longer vertically aligned in the center of the navigation menu.

I cannot find why that would happen. I dont see any reference to it in the css.
