Image Not Showing On Live Site Subfolder

Hi !
Can anybody explain why is image not displayed on live site while in local (Laragon on my PC) it is visible. I use Custom CSS to replace sticky header image with another one from joomla subfolder /files and everything is OK in my loacal Laragon environment, but when I upload it to server the image is not showing up. I am suspicous it is url related thing. The local url is termicar.test and the live url is termicar.com/test
Here is the CSS:
sp-header.header-sticky .logo img { opacity: 0; }
sp-header.header-sticky .logo a { background-image: url(/files/termicar-Novi-mali-logo.png); background-repeat: no-repeat; background-size: contain; }
settings in Joomla: Search Engine Friendly URLs is ON Use URL Rewriting is ON
settings in .htacces: RewriteBase /test/
