Thanks for the access.

I have checked your backend. You are using Helix3 and Helix Ultimate both framework at the same time together in your site. Since they are different in so many areas such as layout, module position, etc, kindly ensure you are keeping just one framework and removing the other one, even the system plugin also.

Make sure all components including the JCE are up to date and they are compatible with each other according to your Joomla environment.
