Wimble Template - Header Logo Placement Issue

Question. I could be doing this wrong, but I've uploaded the logo to the template in the proper place and I'm having a weird issue with it's placement - but only on mobile devices.
When I'm at the top of the page, the logo is centered correctly, but when I begin to scroll and the header adjusts to the white background, the logo pops up to the top as shown in these screen shots.

Any direction or ideas would be appreciated. Works fine in a browser, just not on the mobile device.

Accepted AnswerThis only happens on mobile devices and you must scroll down. Once you scroll you will see the issue. Please check again.
