The problem described there still exists unchanged in the current version of Sppagebuilder! It is simply unacceptable that your pagebuilder still does not properly support the now-standard and modern AVIF image format.

The facts are crystal clear:

The Joomla core (Media Manager) handles AVIF files perfectly—displaying and managing them without any issues.

If I manually enter the correct path to an AVIF file within Sppagebuilder, the image displays without a problem.

However, Sppagebuilder's own internal file selection dialog (Finder/Media Manager):

Does not display existing AVIF files at all.

This is not a minor oversight; it is a significant bug that disrupts workflow and demonstrates that your extension is not keeping up with current web standards. The workaround of manually entering paths is not a solution for paying customers who expect a fully functional user interface.

My very clear question to you: Why has this bug not been fixed despite being known for months? When can we expect an urgently needed update that provides full AVIF support in the Sppagebuilder media manager—both for displaying existing files and for uploading new ones?

I expect a timely and binding answer. This issue must finally be prioritized.
