Can't Remove Phone Number In Template "Ensure" Header

Hi,
I have been trying to remove the 1-800 number from a template and nothing i change removes it. it is in the logo position but i can't remove it.
i have attached a screen print.

I found the issue. it is actually in a module. i unpublished the module and it's gone.

Accepted AnswerI tried that, this is what happens when I add the contact number i want 905-752-0212. i also tried altering css and adding code but it did not work either.
