Hello,

Thanks for reaching out to us. Could you please share temporary administrator access to your Joomla backend? You can provide the credentials securely in the hidden content section. Also, please take a full backup of your site before we make any changes.

I see that in your section there is incorrect margin is added, thats why you see this issues.

Once I have access, I’ll investigate further and see what’s causing the issue. Let me know once you’ve shared the details!

Best regards,

Hi Kabir, thanks for your response I have added amin details in Hidden section - as I mentioned the "Homepage" is an article with backend SP pagebuilder editor set up. I also have similar problem with the about page - they both look fine when previewing but not live page.

I have taken a site backup - the other issue I'm having on the homepage is I want to display Article feature images titles and intro under projects - I've tried using the Joomla article add-on and the carousel, however if I select all content types - the cheero house with gallery images displays the 3 images but also flashed white - Allmost like it wants more images?

I have backed up the website

To make your sections full width, enable them: https://prnt.sc/djkBkmdaQ1FJ

I have set highest container size in here: https://prnt.sc/LbYMgSsj-jxQ

In articles addon increase the limit: https://prnt.sc/iJT3cFG3QkY3

For carousel add more item, if you want to display: https://prnt.sc/_JcFAIq1-AF9

Thanks

Hi Kabir, To make your sections full width, enable them: https://prnt.sc/djkBkmdaQ1FJ I understand this and some of my sections were set to full width and stretch but were not working. including the "Our Services" section which is still not displaying full width here https://dev.integratedbiotecture.com/

I have set highest container size in here: https://prnt.sc/LbYMgSsj-jxQ I do not want all my sections to be that wide - the default 13020px was fine and some sections I wanted wider were working OK - the "Our Services" section is still not displaying full width however.

In articles addon increase the limit: https://prnt.sc/iJT3cFG3QkY3 Understand but I only actually want 4 Articles displayed - the problem is display of the Cheero House article it has 3 photos in Blog gallery of article diplay is set to all content types but there are white screens being displayed as well as the 3 photos.

For carousel add more item, if you want to display: https://prnt.sc/_JcFAIq1-AF9 Understand but this was not an issue - see above.

Hi Nick,

The Services section issue on the homepage has now been fixed — please check and confirm.

Regarding section width: • If you want all sections across the site to be full width, you can increase the container width from here: https://prnt.sc/LbYMgSsj-jxQ • If you prefer to keep the default width (1340px as before), then keep that setting and only enable Full Width + Stretch Section for specific sections as needed: https://prnt.sc/djkBkmdaQ1FJ

For the Tree House article, I can see that a third-party extension shortcode has been used inside the article content. Please note that we do not provide support for third-party extensions or their shortcodes.

The gallery images are pulled based on the images uploaded in the article’s Gallery field here: https://prnt.sc/5y9tYjKtwAq4

There is no additional control from our side over how those images are rendered when using that third-party gallery shortcode.

The missing or flashing images you’re seeing are likely caused by that third-party gallery extension. If you would like those images to display correctly, we recommend contacting the extension provider’s support team for assistance.

Please let us know if you would like guidance on using the default article image/gallery system instead.

Thank you.
