No Field Name In Checkboxes - Formbuilder

Hi Guys,
When building a form we're given a 'field name' for general text fields. This also enables us to add this field to the 'Email Body' under the 'email templates' tab.
When creating a checkbox field, we're not given the option of 'field name' and there is no field name generated in the code, take name="form-builder-item-[phone]" as an example.
How do we get checkbox content to show in the email that's generated to both admin and recipient from form builder?
