It seems you are talking about the new Nexio template.

You should be able to find out the 'Show Color Switcher' option in the SPPB settings as follows:

Turning this off will remove the color switcher from your site.

hi - just for feedback, I don't like the colour switcher either. I also don't like the colour pallettes available there anyway, but that's personal taste I guess. The switcher just gets in the way, and IMO, there's no need for it.
