Hello,

I have an image carousel in a tab. The first tab looks fine, but in the subsequent tabs, it's not centered like the first one. Can I fix that?

And when I'm on a page with a button, I can click to another page, which takes me to tab 3.

Hello Taco,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

There is no default option available for this. However, you can achieve it using custom JavaScript. Please note that we do not provide support for customizations. You may consider hiring a developer to implement this feature.

Thank you for your understanding.

Best regards,

Hello, I don't want any customizations either. I'm asking about page builder and the image carousel. I have a tab with four items, and all tabs contain a images carousel with the same values, but tabs 2, 3, and 4 behave differently than the first.

And how do I go from a page to, for example, tab 2?

Could you please share temporary administrator access to your Joomla backend? You can provide the credentials securely in the hidden content section. Also, please take a full backup of your site before we make any changes.

Once I have access, I’ll investigate further and see what’s causing the issue. Let me know once you’ve shared the details!

Best regards,

Hello Taco,

Regarding the carousel alignment: when an Image Carousel is placed inside tabs, the first tab usually loads correctly because it is visible on page load. The other tabs remain hidden initially, so the carousel cannot calculate the proper width until the tab becomes active. This can cause the alignment difference you are seeing in tabs 2, 3, and 4.

I will forward this to our development team for further review.

For your second question, linking from another page directly to a specific tab (for example opening tab 2 or tab 3 automatically) is not available as a built-in option. It normally requires a small custom script to activate the target tab.

Please, hire a developer for the second part.

Best regards.
