Hello, I’ve been having the following issue since today. When I add an item to the shopping cart, it shows up as 0 euros, and the same price appears in the order confirmation email. I haven’t made any changes to the shop system in the last few weeks—I’ve only installed the updates. I hope you can help me. Best regards, Imservan

We apologize for the inconvenience caused. I have checked and confirmed that there is an issue in the latest version of EasyStore. I have identified the root cause, but I am unable to provide a solution immediately as it requires discussion with our development team.

Due to the ongoing Eid holidays in our country, I will review the issue with the project manager and development team after the holiday period. In the meantime, I have installed the previous version, which is functioning correctly.

Hello, since I haven’t heard from you in two months, I’ve now installed the latest update for my shop. Now, once again, all my items are being added to the cart for 0 euros, and my shop has completely changed. Please help me as soon as possible. Otherwise, I won’t be able to sell anything. Hello, this page is still displaying incorrectly: see hidden content—two articles are currently supposed to be displayed side by side here. And the maximum font size should be as large as the price. I haven’t made any changes to this page myself. It only started looking like this after the update. I hope you can help me. Other than that, I haven’t found any other errors. Thank you very much. Hello, in Image 1 you can see how my product is displayed correctly. In Image 2, you can see that when you select two categories, the font color, font size, and image size change—that’s not how it’s supposed to be. I hope you can help me. Can I update to 2.0.0, or will that break my shop again? Best regards
