Template Allura does Not Add Items To The Shopping Cart.

Hello, since my purchase I have had the problem that the Allura template only sometimes adds an item to the shopping cart. If you want to remove the item from the shopping cart, it doesn't work either. The complete shopping cart function (adding items to the shopping cart, deleting items from the shopping cart, registering users, etc.) does not work reliably. Does anyone know the problem and can give me a tip or a solution?

I would like to apologize for the inconvenience I have caused.
