Reporting an issue:
After adding a product in the cart, and visualizing it, it is possible to lower the quantity of items but NOT to increase that very quantity...
That is the same in full Cart Page as in the offcanvas Cart.

I've just came out that this is due to stock gestion.
Actually it is impossible to add more items than available in stock...
