it is caused when you partly scroll down the page, i am still seing the issue Also how do you remove the brackets from the menu hover?

And for brackets, you can use this CSS in your custom.css file

}

I am not lying, my client has said the same on his computer, this is in both firefox, chrome and safari.

Could you please give me a screenshot of it please? The code I provided should not effect ofr footer. Because the footer, it should be a different CSS class.
