hi,

I’ve carefully reviewed the issue on your site. It appears that the problem is not related to SP Page Builder itself. Instead, the root cause was your JSpeed plugin configuration. Specifically, jQuery was excluded in the plugin settings, which prevented it from loading properly. Since the lightbox functionality in the Image Addon relies on jQuery, this caused the popup to fail.
I have adjusted the JSpeed settings by removing the exclusion for jQuery, and this has resolved the issue. The lightbox popup should now function as expected.

Accepted Answerthanks for your feedback. this is weird because when an item is excluded from Jspeed, this means it's exclude from the cache so this is not supposed to be an issue (as it's excluded). I did a test on another website and works fine with Jquery excluded from Jspeed. So why does not work here?

for info, I have tried to completely disable JCE extension, plugin etc..and bug is the same on image addon.

To be honest, I have not personally worked with the JSpeed plugin before, and I was unable to find detailed or authoritative documentation from the developer regarding this specific behavior. The only relevant information I could find is here
Based on that, my understanding is that excluding a file may completely remove it from optimization processes, rather than simply excluding it from caching. However, I may be mistaken in this interpretation.
If that is the case, excluding jQuery in this manner could impact not only SP Page Builder but any extension that relies on jQuery, which might explain the issue you are experiencing.
Since this behavior appears to be controlled by the JSpeed plugin itself, I would recommend reaching out to the extension’s developer for clarification on how their exclusion feature is intended to work.
