How does The Image Option Work In The Accordion Addon Header?

Greetings, I'm an SPPB5 subscriber.

I'm trying to add an image to the header of the accordion add-on with the following dimensions: 1100 px wide x 55 px high. However, the image isn't displaying correctly; instead, it's cropped. It's as if the add-on is treating it as an icon shifted to the left instead of a full-width image.

Following Gemini's AI suggestion, I tried using the add-on's style options - accordion - enable background, but it's even worse, as the image is now displayed crooked.

Is it possible to add an image to the accordion add-on header that fills the entire width, and if so, what are the exact dimensions?

I'm sharing the link to the consultation in the JoomShaper community Facebook group:

I've attached the image file I want to use. Thank you.

Hello Fernando Bautista,

Thank you for reaching out to our technical support forum. I’m sorry to hear about the trouble you’re experiencing. If you set the image on accordion item, then it will show like this.

If you want to change the dimension or make it full width, then you can try custom css to achieve it. Sorry, we do not provide customization support.

Best regards

Hello Ofi Khan, and thank you for your comment.

I find it incredible that SPPB has so many options and buttons to do a thousand things, yet for something as seemingly simple as what I'm requesting, it ultimately has to be done manually by tinkering with CSS.

JoomShaper needs to understand that users need more simplicity in creating websites that cover immediate needs with readily available functions, rather than having a thousand buttons that ultimately require manual code because none of the options actually do what I need.

Anyway, this is just an anecdote. Sometimes so many options and buttons don't cover simple tasks where CSS, while a solution, isn't the way to make the job easier. It's like using a cannon to kill a fly when a simple fly swatter would do the trick.

In any case, thank you for your kind suggestion.

I understand and appreciate your feedback. I will ask the developer team to check the issue. If they find it suitable, then they will add it in the future.
