I am Trying To Install Educon II But Could Not Due To Mysql Version Requirements

The currently installed Joomla! version is "5.4.3". Please let me know a way to use Educon II quick start on hosting server -

Please note that Educon II Quickstart requires a fresh Joomla installation and must meet the minimum server requirements, including MySQL 8+ as per the template documentation.
