I Get An Error Messagewhen Tryingto Install Educon Template

Hello,
I got an error message when tryingto install Educon Template. Warning JInstaller: :Install: Can't find Joomla XML setup file. The Joomla package cannot be installed through the Extension Manager. Please use the Joomla! Update component to update Joomla. that is the message i get.
Joomla is 3.10.6 already

Are you trying to install the Quickstart pack? Quickstart must be installed like Joomla step by step, as explained in the documentation and blog links below, could you kindly check once?

Also, please note that:
- Quickstart cannot be installed inside current website.
- Quickstart has to be installed like Joomla itself, with all steps, also with the database info.
- If you will copy all files and folder of quickstart in your root folder old website should be deleted first.
