Hi, I'd like to report a small bug I encountered in the latest version of Page Builder, in the collections area.

The problem is simple and occurs in the admin area. When you create a collection containing your records, if you decide to suspend them all, they literally disappear, leaving you unable to reactivate them.

It feels like you've deleted them, but in reality, they disappear until you re-enter at least one new record.

To explain, let me give you an example:

• Imagine creating a collection of sponsors for an event, organized by bracket.
• The following year, the sponsors will change. At the end of the event, you must suspend them all and reactivate only those who confirm or new ones.
• If you set them as unpublished, either in bulk or individually, once you've selected the last one, they will all disappear.

This happens because all the filters above that would allow you to select them by filter (for example, unpublished) also disappear.

You can run a simulation; don't be alarmed if the records are 0; just create a published one and you'll see all the others reappear.

In essence, a collection can't have all its records unpublished, ready for future use.

I also tested it on a random Joomshaper quickinstall, updated to the latest version of Joomla and Page Builder.
