Change The Default Color For Bootstrap Variables

Hello, I'm using helix with SP page builder pro I read the documentation for color presets and color library but I still don't understand how to change the default bootstrap color variables like "info", "success", ecc.

I.e, if I set button color style to "success" in an SP builder element I can choose between the standard bootstrap styles: it gets the helix template green but I see no place to set it differently

We can consider that, sure. I will share topic with the team.

By now, just design your own color palette using built-in features.

Hi Alberto,

For those you have to override them using Custom CSS.

And yes, in SPPB colors are slightly different from the original Bootstrap palette. I don't know why.

My 2 cents: if all your templates are using bootstrap, then you should just provide a simple color management panel to customize the standard bootstrap root variables. Other framework like astroid and T4 give this starting point, then you can customize further with custom css

Please consider it for future improvements ;)
