Hello JoomShaper Team,

I am currently building a community/gamification system on Joomla using:

• SP Page Builder
• Community Builder
• UserPoints

I discovered an issue related to Joomla content plugin shortcodes inside SP Page Builder articles.

The UserPoints shortcode:

{AUP::RAFFLE=3}

works perfectly inside a normal Joomla article.

However, as soon as I edit/save the same article with SP Page Builder, the shortcode no longer renders and becomes ineffective. The raffle output simply disappears or the shortcode is no longer processed correctly.

At the moment, the shortcode only works reliably when:

• using a plain Joomla article
• without SP Page Builder taking over the article layout

This is unfortunately a major limitation for my project, because I heavily rely on SP Page Builder for modern layouts and landing pages, while also needing dynamic Joomla content plugin integrations like UserPoints raffles/competitions.

I would therefore like to ask:

1. Does SP Page Builder intentionally bypass Joomla content plugin processing in article content?
2. Is there a recommended method to allow Joomla content plugins/shortcodes to render correctly inside SP Page Builder layouts?
3. Is there a compatibility option, content preparation mode or workaround available?
4. Could this be improved in a future update?

This is very important for my project, because combining modern SP Page Builder layouts with dynamic gamification/community features is a core part of the platform.
