How Update A Completed Order Product Option?

Hello,

I was wondering if there is an easy way to go into a completed order and update a product. For example, if a customer ordered a small shirt but actually intended to order a large, is there a way to update the order on the backend so the invoice properly reflects the correct item and size? Or is modifying the backend SQL/database table the only option? Thanks.

Have you checked the following documentation, please?

EasyStore Order Management Documentation

If the order is marked as fulfilled but not yet paid, you should still be able to edit the order. However, once the order is marked as paid, the order specifications can no longer be modified.

I believe this is the information you were looking for.

So if I mark a order to unfulfilled/unpaid I can then go back in and update that order items? Thnx

Fulfilled order can still be edited. Only paid ones can not be edited.
