Hello

Our team developed a payment method plugin for our region, Mercado Pago. I'm testing it and everything seems to be working fine, except for one issue: when returning to the site after a successful payment through the payment gateway, the order still appears as unpaid, and the customer still sees the "pay" button in the order details, even though the order should already be marked as paid.

Is there a setting that can correct the order status?

Thanks for reaching out to us.

If the payment is successfully completed in Mercado Pago but the order remains unpaid in EasyStore, could you check the webhook integration first? It sounds like the payment confirmation may not be reaching the store, which would prevent the order status from being updated automatically.

Please verify that:

  • The webhook URL is correctly configured in Mercado Pago.
  • The webhook is being triggered after a successful payment.
  • EasyStore is receiving and processing the webhook response without errors.

There may be a missing or misconfigured webhook event that’s preventing the order from being marked as paid.
