Hi, When a co-super-user writes an article in the Joomla enviroment using the PageBuilder option, it's no longer possible for another super-user to edit this in the front-end article editor. Is there any configuration aspect i overlooked. Please help. Sincerely, Bert.

Thank you for reaching out.

As far as I understand, when one Super User creates an article using SP Page Builder, another Super User is unable to edit that article from the frontend editor.

Normally, Super Users should have the required permissions to edit frontend articles. However, SP Page Builder frontend editing can sometimes behave differently from Joomla’s default article editing workflow.

Could you please check the following:

  • Whether the article is currently checked out by another user
  • Whether frontend editing is enabled properly for SP Page Builder
  • Whether the issue occurs with all SP Page Builder articles or only specific ones

Also, please let us know:

  • Your Joomla version
  • SP Page Builder version
  • Whether any error message appears when attempting to edit the article

A screencast illustrating the issue would also be very helpful for better understanding and investigation.
