Hello Diego,

I apologizes for this inconvenience.

The domain rm.blackkkkdate.icu appears to be blacklisted by Norton.

We recommend contacting your hosting provider or server administrator to investigate the issue further. They should check the server and website files for any malware, unauthorized modifications, or injected scripts that may be loading content from this domain.

Additionally, please perform a full malware scan of your website and server, and remove any affected files that are detected.

You may check this post (For this security issues) : https://www.joomshaper.com/forum/question/45152

Hello,

I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.

At this stage, we strongly recommend the following actions:

  • Please ensure that all backdoor or malicious files are completely removed from your website. You can log in to your cPanel and manually remove any infected or suspicious files.
  • Review all newly created user accounts and delete any that are not recognized or authorized.
  • Contact your hosting provider or server administrator to place your website on a whitelist and perform a full server-level malware scan, as the issue may also exist outside of Joomla files.

For additional guidance and related information, please refer to this discussion: https://www.joomshaper.com/forum/question/45152

Please let us know once the above steps have been completed and share any updates.

Thank you.

Best regards,

If you have ensured that all backdoor or malicious files have been completely removed from your hosting environment, then the issue should no longer persist.

We continuously monitor and review our products for any potential vulnerabilities and take necessary actions whenever required.

Thank you for your cooperation.

From our side everything was done what we could. On your side is:

  • scanning the server
  • changing passwords
  • removing malware files
  • extensions updates
  • reinstalling Joomla core files
