Hello Team, After uploading my website to the live server, the Article Blog "Feature Image" upload isn't working. Anytime I try uploading, it stops and nothing uplaods.
Secondly the Social Media share buttoms disappears when I turn "Arthur Post" OFF at the Template Options. I want to turn only "Author Posts" OFF Kindly look into this for us.

Thank you for reaching out, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
I have checked both issues, and I can confirm that there is an issue with the Social Media Share buttons disappearing when the Author Posts option is disabled. I have already informed our template team about this, and they are working on a permanent fix.
As a temporary solution, please replace the following file:
JRoot/templates/newsberg/html/com_content/article/default.php
with the updated file provided in the hidden content area.
Regarding the Article Blog Featured Image upload issue on your live server, could you please provide us with Super User access to your Joomla website? This will allow us to investigate the issue directly and identify the root cause.

The THIRD issue is that the FACEBOOK SOCIAL SHARE and THE SHARE icons doesn't work. When you click on the FACEBOOK SHARE button, it takes you to FACEBOOK without adding the article to be shared. And as for the SHARE button, it doesn't work at all.

Accepted AnswerUpon checking, the Facebook social share button is working correctly on our end. Please refer to the screen recording provided in the hidden content area for your reference.
Regarding the other issue, could you please clarify which share icons you are referring to? Sharing a screenshot with the affected area highlighted would be very helpful for us to better understand and investigate the issue.

Accepted AnswerHello Shuvo, please find link to the screen shot and a recorded video. The issue is when you click on the FACEBOOK icon it takes you to facebook without the website link to be shared.
