EasyStore Availability Module Translation

Hello,
I have added the availability module from EasyStore on my website, but see some elements are not being translated, e.g. "In Stock Only" or "Sale".
How do I find out which chain to use to create a substitution ? When searching for those terms in the substitution option from Joomla, I cannot find them.

Go to the file location & change the language string.
