Updating From Joomla 4 To Version 6

Hi, I’m upgrading my site from Joomla 4 to version 6. If I’ve understood the upgrade guide correctly, I need the current versions of SP Page Builder and the Helix Ultimate template for Joomla 4 and 5 (but in the Downloads section, I only see versions for Joomla 6). Where can I download the versions for J4 and J5?

And Helix Ultimate versions from here:
