Using the "Finance" template. We had a previous version from Joomla 3, so redoing the site now having purchased a new subscription here.

Them documentation seems a little out of date, like from a previous version of Joomla.

Is there a way to edit the green bar at the top and make it bigger?

At the moment it looks like this:

I would like it to be bigger in height, like this, but not sure if there is built in features to do this:

But it isn't working properly, logo doesn't get bigger, etc.

And then after adding some social links and adding the URL, it displays then with bullet points and it looks terrible.

Take a look at the banner here, I just want the header logo area, socials and button to display nicely.

Is you template and environment up to dated?

To look into this issue more closely, could you please share temporary Super Admin access (inside the hidden content box)? I’ll check this and update you as soon as possible.

Please make sure to keep a full site backup before sharing the credentials, just to be safe.
