Helix Ultimate Menus With Sub Menus Colour Change

Hi, Some of my Helix Ultimate menus are not taking the colour changes from the template presets, it appears to only affect the Parent Menus that have submenus.
How can I change thse menus to the same as the others, they also require an active colour set when the sub menu is active. The Helix Ultimate demo site does this, so I'm not sure why my doesn't.

Thanks for raeching out to us.
This usually happens when the parent menu item is configured differently from the regular menu items.
Please edit the parent menu item that contains the dropdown and set:
- Menu Item Type: System Links → URL
- Link: #
After saving, clear your Joomla and browser cache and check again.
