Hi.
Is this only a framework update? Updates only show: System - Helix Ultimate Framework 2.2.6 > 2.2.7
After the update extension manager shows: shaper_helixultimate > still on 2.2.6 System - Helix Ultimate Framework > Plugin 2.2.7
Or do we need to download the full package again?

Accepted AnswerI have old sites with joomla 3.10.11 and Helix Ultimate Framework 2.0.11. Does this versions have bug issues. How could I secure it if it has because I cannot update to 2.2.7.

This is a problem. I have two sites myself running EOL versions of Joomla and older versions of the Helix framework. These sites are in the process of migration to J6. Which is a pretty big task.
However we cannot expect from Joomshaper to maintain code bases for EOL verions of Joomla. It would be a great courtesy of them to have some sort of manual update route. But still I'd rather wish they spent time on current versions.

Accepted AnswerGot en error during update from 2.2.6 to 2.2.7 for plg helix ultimate on joomla 5.4.6. Downloaded several times an got : danger There was an error uploading this file to the server. and Failed to extract file: plg_system_helixultimate_v2.2.7.zip

Accepted Answer@Jens, it looks that you have problem with folder permission. In that case use manual update.
- Download Template or Plugin package
- Unzip
- And using FTP override files from folder: plugins\system\helixultimate
- Then update Database in Joomla

In general, yes - most changes are in plugin. But if you updated both you should have 2.2.7. If you not sure, just install template package, becuase plugin cannot update template.

Do you have any firewall component installed? If not, consider that! I cannot promise you fixes for old versions. But tomorrow I will talk with our team what we can do for J3 users.

Thanks for the response.
Why not push the template update instead of only the plugin? It always used to be this way but the last couple of updates it is only the framework update. I know these do not have to be in sync but it doesn't hurt either. :)

Is Helix Ultimate 2.2.7 compatible with my version of Jumla 4.14.4? And specify that the plugin or framework is being updated, and maybe you will just prepare a patch for this bug? Thanks

Yes, on Joomla 4.4x today Helix Ultimate 2.2.7 plugin works, tested on real website.
Tomorrow we will publish v2.2.8 with small fix.
Not Jumla but Joomla, we only say "jumla" but spelling is different.
