Unable To Create A Mega Menu

When I try to create a mega menu for a menu item, my menu items aren't saved. The columns are just empty. Why isn't this working? Template Helix Ultimate 2.

I updated the template to the latest version (2.2.4 -> 2.2.8). It's strange that it didn't show up in the dashboard. Unfortunately, that didn't help either. The menu items in the mega menu aren't displaying.

I was able to create the submenus in the Mega Menu. Now I wanted to add a heading above each column, but unfortunately that didn't work. I created a module using the SP Page Builder and inserted it at the top of the left column. But it isn't visible.
