[Locked] Site Hacked

Hello,
I have been using Joomshaper for a very long time never had an issue with hacking. not sure where the vunerablity is. I am able to access the backend no issue.
I also tried to create a user for you to access i get the following error
Call to undefined method Joomla\CMS\Application\AdministratorApplication::isAdmin()
your help is appreciated

The best & trusted way will be:
- Ask Hosting support to recover site from backup, for example, 3-5-9 days old.
- Update everything there, check one by one.
- Ask hosting support to scan site (for malware patterns)
- Install Firewall component
Error that you have is from plugin that is not ready for used Joomla version. This is the most common reason, by can be also by damaged files.

i have one on my site, some code, binary, into pagebuilder directory.
The issue is on the htacces, but my provider block some php fuction and the site display an code 500.
easy to repair, but why into the pagebuilder directories.
