Hello, I would like to create a data form that allows the customer to send a message to a specific department by selecting a field (possibly a dropdown menu) containing the desired email address. From what I’ve understood, Pagebuilder currently allows me to specify one recipient, and then I can forward the email wherever I want.

I would like to have something like this:

NAME SURNAME DEPARTMENT (with a dropdown menu and 2–3–4 corresponding email addresses) SUBJECT MESSAGE

Is it somehow possible to achieve a result like this? Thank you in advance and have a nice day :)
