Requesting help, the countdown on the website's maintenance page (coming soon) isn't showing. It used to work fine, but after the update, it doesn't show anymore, and neither do the custom icons, countdown, etc. The page isn't as nicely styled as before. I've checked several places but can't figure out where the error is. I would really appreciate your help, thanks.

Hello, I saw your reply. At that time, I didn't know anything about website building, so most of what I have now is the original system. I’d appreciate it if you could help fix it. Thanks.

Hello,

Please download the latest package from the Dist folder and run the security scan again. Download path is: https://github.com/zkrana/joomla-security-scanner/tree/main/dist

Also, please check your cPanel and remove any unknown template folders from JROOT/templates. For example, folders such as base_bede are not valid Joomla templates and should be deleted if they are unfamiliar to you.

+++++ Also delete from this cukvcn_template_styles table of your PHPMyAdmin database. +++++

Thank you.

Hello,

Please check the hidden content section. I have shared an Akeeba ZIP format backup with you.

Kindly restore and run the backup on a staging environment first, then verify that everything is working correctly. If everything looks good, please proceed with deploying it to the live site.

Thank you.

Best regards,

Hello, according to your method, the extension component cannot be upgraded. I tried installing it manually, but it still failed. Could you help me take another look to see what’s causing it? Thank you for your help.

Hi,

The error indicates that Joomla extracted the installation package successfully but couldn't copy the component files into the installation directory. This is usually caused by incorrect file/folder permissions, ownership, an existing incomplete SP Page Builder installation, or insufficient disk space.

Please check the folder permissions and ownership for your Joomla installation (especially the components and tmp directories), ensure there is enough free disk space, and try the installation again.

You can take help from your hosting administartor.

Thanks

I have already checked this issue, and it appears to be related to your server environment rather than SP Page Builder.

Please contact your hosting provider and ask them to investigate the file copy/permission issue during installation.

Alternatively, if you'd prefer, I can share your latest Akeeba Backup with you. You can restore it in your test environment/live site, Including the latest version of SP Page Builder Pro.

Thanks!
