Hi, JoomShaper support, We have an existing Joomla 3.10 customer site using Helix3, Finance template, and SP Page Builder 3.8.1. We are trying to upgrade the site from Joomla 3.10 to Joomla 4.4.

The upgrade failed and gives the following errors:

• on backend side, the error messages displayed on upgrade page are: Sorry, there was a problem we could not recover from. The server returned a "500 - Whoops, looks like something went wrong." An error has occurred. Call to undefined method Joomla\CMS\Application\AdministratorApplication::isAdmin()
• on frontend side, the error messages displayed on upgrade page are: Cannot access protected property Joomla\CMS\Menu\MenuItem::$params

We did some investigation and research and it is advised that the following installation packages should help,

• Finance 2.0.1 template-only installation package
• SP Page Builder 3.8.10 installation package checking forum for help (https://www.joomshaper.com/forum/question/45917), we are noted that Finance 2.0.1 template installation package is no longer available.

It appears that the upgrade failure is caused by the Finance template and SP PageBuilder. Can you please help fix the upgrade error or give guidance how such an upgrade can be performed successfully.
