Media Manager ZIP-Files Aren't Shown

I've added ZIP files to the media manager's options, and they are displayed correctly. However, when I try to link a ZIP file download button to a page, the ZIP files aren't shown.

What settings might I need to change?

Hi,

these are attachments – that works. But I have a folder structure. For example, on Page Test, click the "Link (URL)" button – the Media Manager opens – then navigate to the folders/subfolders: _Products > _Recessed Downlights > CDL-205xM > Downloads > EULUMDAT—no ZIP files are visible.

Since I have many ZIP files for various products, I need the folder structure – attachments, because I can't create a folder structure there, aren't helpful.

You have to upload the zip file from the media manager. If you use sub folder then it will not work. Cause, We already added attachment directory. No way to use sub directory. Thanks

Hi, were you able to take another look at this? Are the settings for the Media Manager correct? Is there anything I can configure in SP Page Builder?
