Issue With Media Manager: No Files Shown And Error On Folder Click

Hello,

I'm experiencing an issue with the Media Manager in SP Page Builder. When I open the Media Manager, none of the files or images from the images folder are displayed. Additionally, when I click on the Folder button, I get the following error (please see the attached screenshot).

I've already confirmed that the files are present on the server under the images directory, but they don't appear in the Media Manager interface.

Could you please help me resolve this issue?

Sorry for the inconvenience. I have informed our team about this bug. One of our updates will come by next week or maybe this week. This issue will be fixed then. You can keep a full site backup and try that latest version. Hopefully, it will be fixed then.
