SP Pagebuilder does Not Respond - Again

at the moment I am working for a clients webseite made with sp page builder. If I want to load a preview of one of your Layouts and klick on "livedemo" nothing happens until your server responds: 404 Not Found nginx/1.18.0 (Ubuntu)
why is that?
I cant work like this an I am wasting time ...
