Helix Ultimate Missing Default Module Positions

Ive noticed on the last 2 sites I have built that Helix Ultimate is missing some of the original Module Positions. Noteably Heading 1 and Heading 2.
I know its a chicken or egg scenario but you can't create a Module Position in Column Options, You have to create a bogus module in Joonla first then you can add the Module Location into the Template. This seems a little back wards to me, especailly when starting a new website from nothing.

Accepted AnswerDuring last Helix updates we didn't touch any template positions, all are as they were.
Check & compare templateDetails.xml files, and you will see. For last couple of years we have those:

Could you please clarify whether you're using the standalone Helix Ultimate template or a template that's built on Helix Ultimate?
If it's a Helix Ultimate-based template, could you let me know the template name?
From my knowledge, Helix Ultimate itself doesn't include default module positions named heading1 or heading2. Those positions are usually defined by the template rather than the framework itself, so knowing which template you're using will help us understand where those positions are expected to come from.

Accepted AnswerI figured out what was going on - The sites with Header1 and Header2 were sites I had upgraded from J3 and they were module postions used on the J3 template system I used.
I'd got so comfortable using them i hadn't realised they were a left over - My Bad :(
