Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out.

A 403 (Forbidden) error usually indicates that the request is being blocked by the server or a security component, rather than by the template itself.

Could you please let us know:

  • Which version of Joomla, Helix Ultimate, and the Nectar template you're using?
  • Does the error occur when saving Template Options or while editing a page in SP Page Builder?

Also, please provide temporary Joomla administrator access along with your hosting control panel (or FTP) access if possible. We'll check whether a server security rule, ModSecurity, or another restriction is causing the request to be blocked.

Best regards,

I have deleted Nactar, installed Helix Ultimate and its the same issue.

Latest Joomla 6.1.2, latest Helix Ultimate and it happens while saving edits to a page.

I have made a new home page. Simple edits seem to work.

But when I import the Layout Bundle of 'Consultant' ... I can save nothing.... not even any text

Hi Kieron,

Glad to hear the issue is resolved on your end.

I'm sorry the support experience didn't meet your expectations — that wasn't our intention, and I'd like to understand what happened so we can do better.

Could you share what ultimately fixed the 403 error? It would help us document the issue for other users encountering the same problem with the Consultant Layout Bundle import.

Thanks for your patience, and please don't hesitate to reach out if anything else comes up.

Best regards,

It was caused by a new firewall ... Imunify360 ... A clash of mod_security rules!
