Link A Button To A PDF

Dear all, I need to link a button to a PDF for download. I know this has been asked, but it is not working at all. I am not able to selct a file in the button link field and I do not find the path to the file I have uploaded in media. I do sincerely appreciate your patience and help. Regards Melanie

Accepted AnswerCan you try using these following options and let me know if that works:
- Use Button addon, inside choose a link and upload PDF file.
- Install JCE PRO editor, then from toolbar choose icon which allows you to insert files.
Inside Button addon
- You can manually add the whole link
- OR
- Clear URL field, then Click upload icon > Browse Folders > find you file > Insert

Accepted AnswerHi, thanks for your answer. My problem is that with the button addon, when I clear the button link field no upload icon is coming up, no way to choose or uploead a file (and this is new, in the past it did work). Thanks
