1. Yes, it does. I saw it a few times.
2. Follow general tips: https://www.joomshaper.com/documentation/sp-page-builder/troubleshooting#how-to-clean-an-infected-joomla-4x-6x-site (focus on 5,6,7)
3. If cleaning will not help (but it should), delete broken menu items, and recreate them.
4. Remember to update helix plugin !

Thanks for contcating us. It’s hard to say if this is a hack just from the Inspect tool. Joomla, Helix, or other extensions can add menu code dynamically.

I saw that you still didn't fit it.

No not yet - the fix is a ton of time. Too bad there isn't a tool to do the fix; especially from the developer that caused the hack. I would pay for a tool to fix it. Any ideas?
