Stopping Vimeo Cookies When Video Used As Row Background

When a Vimeo video is used as a row background, there is no setting to block the Vimeo tracking cookies - Vimeo themselves say this needs set within the embed code for the video, however this isn't something we can do for a row background video, as it isn't using embed code we can change:
Append ?dnt=1 or &dnt=1 to the end of the video source URL inside your HTML iframe tag.
How can we implement this within PageBuilder for Vimeo row background videos?

Accepted AnswerThanks, there isn't anything to show - all we need is the option when adding a Vimeo video as a row background, to disable the Vimeo cookies.
If you use the Video addon, it has a slider for 'Turn Off YouTube Cookies' - we need a slider for Vimeo as well here, and the same options available for a row background video.
