Hi there,
Thanks for contacting with us. By default, this feature doesn't exist inside the Page builder or Helix.
You can apply tricks
- Create a module position
- Publish a module using the page builder
- Write down the CSS code to the fixed right or left sidebar

Hi. I think you do not need to create a new position and place it in the template. The module can be published completely in any of the existing positions. The best place - menu position or logo position
