Yes, you can create additional color presets in Helix Ultimate. Besides customizing the existing presets, you can also create your own preset directly in the options.xml file.

You just need to copy an existing preset, rename it, and then customize the colors according to your needs.

Please make sure to keep a backup of the original options.xml file before making any changes.
