Spbooking For Room And Resource Bookings

Before I start on this project is it possible to simplify the spbooking to provide the following:
A charity has a number of rooms they rent out
We need to present a number of rooms for selection
- They select a room based on size of occupancy and seating arrangement
- Select days to be booked - could be 2 days for setup and 1 day for the actual event
- Once selected they are presneted with resources that they want to include A trainer Screen Laptop Etc.. This is submitted to the organisation to approve but it is reserved in the organisations diary.

Thanks for contacting us. Yes, this should be possible with SP Booking with some customization. You can set up each room as a booking item, allow users to select dates (including setup days and event days), and add optional resources like trainers, screens, laptops, etc. as additional options.
The approval workflow can also be configured so requests are submitted for review before being confirmed. Before starting, I would suggest confirming whether the resources need inventory tracking and whether setup/event days require different pricing, as those may need additional customization. Please note that custom development falls outside our standard support scope, so you will need to implement these changes on your end. We appreciate your understanding.
