I am using the Newsberg template with SP Page Builder, and I need your technical guidance regarding video integration on the homepage.

Currently, I am using the "Articles Layout / Thumb Slider" addons on the homepage to showcase my work. However, instead of loading the video directly, the block only displays a blank gray area (since it looks for a featured image rather than the video URL from the article's Blog Media tab).

Here is what I want to achieve:

1. I want both horizontal and vertical (YouTube Shorts/Reels) videos to embed and display correctly on the homepage without rendering a blank gray background.
2. I want the videos to play directly on the homepage (either inline or via a lightbox pop-up) when a user clicks the play button, instead of redirecting the user to the inner article page to watch it.

Could you please advise on how to configure the existing addons to achieve this, or provide the necessary overrides/custom code to make the homepage article blocks support direct video playback for both vertical and horizontal formats?
