Man , the purpose is simple. i have 2 Collections. 1 wont need any import. The second one (projects) will need. I dont want to delete both , each time i have to add few more projects. Few month ago i created my solution , but after disk crash i cant find plugin anymore.

I mean , why if managed to do that in few hours early (as non developer) , this is still not default function?

No one of you customers would like to regularly delete all collections and re-upload just for update !!

Today, we had our sprint meeting, and I brought up the single collection export and import feature with the team. They informed me that they will look into it and get back to me as soon as possible.
